8 limbs therapy

with Kellee Erin

My approach to bodywork extends beyond addressing muscular tension, skeletal imbalance, and the physical limitations that develop through everyday life. I believe the body often reflects what we are carrying internally. Stress, emotion, trauma, and changes in our mental state, whether ongoing or temporary, can reveal themselves through tension, discomfort, restriction, and physical distress.

My intention is to support a more holistic understanding of healing by helping you become aware of the connection between your mind and body. Through intentional bodywork, I provide space to explore and release what may be held physically, emotionally, and energetically.

When the mind and body feel disconnected, it can become difficult to move through life with openness and ease. The heavier life feels, the more tightly we may hold ourselves, especially when we are facing circumstances, transitions, or emotions that feel beyond our control.

Life naturally moves through seasons of expansion and difficulty. Even our most challenging experiences can deepen our understanding of ourselves and teach us how to move forward without losing the light within us.

What is your body asking for? What feels heavy, restricted, or unresolved physically, emotionally, or mentally? How can I offer you a space to turn inward, reconnect, and move through the pages, chapters, and unfolding story of your life?

I am here to hold that space.
